A Super Ball is basically a plastic bouncy ball constructed of a synthetic rubber called Superball developed in 1963 by chemist Norman Stingley from New Zealand. It has a very bouncy bouncing ball made up of Zectron which is an extremely elastic plastic polymer material and includes the same chemical polymer Polybutadiene, hydrated silica, stearic acid and other substances. Superballs are mostly used for indoor purposes, however you can also find them used for amusement at some clubs and even on stage, but do not forget that this is an extremely bouncy bouncing ball and should not be played with care as it might hurt you in case you fail to understand the physics of the game. Here are few points that one should keep in mind when playing Superballs:
The first thing that one should remember while playing with the SuperBall is that they bounce very high and it does not care how low or high you throw the ball. Therefore it is important for you to keep throwing the ball high so that you will make it bounce high. If you keep throwing the ball high then the ball will bounce on the surface that you throw it on and then you will bounce on that surface also. In this way you will get a perfect bounce without any surface to bounce on and bounce off.
Once you have mastered the basic physics of Superballs then you can experiment a little more with the ball and make it bounce in different ways. If you want to play with it in a circle, you can throw the ball in such a way that it bounces on the walls and floor. You can also make it bounce off of a door, if you throw it so that it hits it and bounces off then the ball will go through the door without bouncing off.
